JULIA FAE

Julia is a 14-year-old, karate-kicking fashionista from Los Angeles. She is wrapped up in reality and struggles to understand a world of magic.

FLYNN

Flynn is a 16-year-old taxi driver from Dingle Bay Ireland. Julia is shocked to discover that Flynn is "a mischievous teen with curious eyes, a pointy chin and lips that curl into a permanent laugh line. His blonde hair is as shocked to be on his head as I am in his car."

GITA

Gita is Sergeant-at-Arms for the Fairy World. Strong and intimidating, Gita does not take kindly to people who ignore orders.


Julia's first meeting with Gita: "I hear her footsteps walking around me, assessing me as a threat. She keeps herself out of my eye line. 'How did you break past the crystal defenses,' the female voice says, sharking around me."

HAVOK, GOBLIN KING OF MUCK, NUCK AND LUCK

Havok speaks in rhyme and pursues Julia throughout the Human and Fairy Worlds. 

Upon their first confrontation, Julia sizes Havok up. "I notice his craggy skin stretches over his pumpkin cheeks, large sunken eyes and a bobble head that are too big for his wiry, 10-inch body. He’s the creature from the stone wall!"
